We do not offer site visits prior to appointment dates. Customer is responsible for ensuring site preparedness before we arrive.

Prior to fence post installation appointments, customers must stake out corner post and gates (if applicable) and trim bushes and grass away from the fence line.

Prior to footing installation appointments, customers must stake out all locations and ensure there is a clear path to and within the digging area.

Complete and valid locates from Ontario 1 Call are required before digging commences. We can order them for you for our use on your site or you may supply us with your own. Private locates will be required if digging will be in the vicinity of private utilities. (Example: pool equipment…)

Our equipment needs an opening of 34 inches wide.

Our equipment and wheelbarrows cannot ride or climb steps or staircases. Some steep landscaping may also be problematic.

Our truck is 30 feet in length with a drop-down gate of 10 feet in length. Legal and safe parking is a prerequisite to hire our services. We will not park on a main road or across the street from your house as we must be able to connect wires and hoses safely and legally. Any parking tickets/fines received must be immediately paid on site by the customer.

Customers must be able to provide power and running water. We can accommodate 100 feet of hose and electrical cord.

Customers are responsible to supply all materials, except concrete.

Payment must be made ON SITE and IN PERSON once our work is completed for the day by either Debit, Credit Card or Cash. We do not accept credit cards over the phone.

Weather conditions can cause disruptions to our schedule and the ability to dig during the early and late digging seasons. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping as a result of your disregard for our recommendations.

We have the right to refuse you service and will not tolerate bullying, abuse or harassment.
